Tourists visiting Oklahoma from other states and countries sometimes need to return home via medical transport (Jet ICU) for treatment or rehabilitation after a critical injury, accident, or illness.
The state also has a growing senior population as its oldest Baby Boomers approach their seventies. About 16% of the state’s citizens are age 60 or older.
