Maintenance Technician

The Aviation Technician performs a wide variety of mechanical/structural removal, installation, repair and modification to aircraft, engines, and components in accordance with OEM maintenance manuals to include FAA approved engineering data/drawings, supporting company policies/procedures and/or supervisory instructions. Reviews all work for conformance to maintenance manual/ modification specifications and documents all such data on approved company maintenance forms.

Flight Respiratory Therapist

Flight RN

The Flight Nurse provides high quality pre-hospital advanced life support including assessment, triage and treatment utilizing the standards and guidelines established by the Medical Director(s) within scope of practice during the entire transport. They independently assess the nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize the care needed for safe transport of the critical patient. Must be qualified to provide care for patients across the life span in the assigned clinical area. Responsible for carrying out the company mission and vision during the transport ensuring safety is the highest priority.

We’re looking for exceptional pilots to join our mission of safely transporting patients to the next level of care on their medical journey. HOME BASED 8/6 Schedule – Live within the United States within 60 minutes of 55 major airports. Pilots fly an average of 600 hours per year!

Salary

Bonus Pay Potential

While bonuses are not scheduled or guaranteed, we do like to recognize and reward our employees for their hard work. Opportunities for additional compensation can arise through special projects, outstanding performance, company achievements, and other circumstances.

401(k)

A comprehensive 401(k) plan is offered through ADP. A 401(k) plan offers employees tax benefits and an effective method of planning for retirement.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits are vital to employees feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in the workplace. Regular full-time employees are eligible for PTO, and as the length of employment increases, PTO also increases. Paid time off includes vacation and sick time. Though PTO use is dependent upon company needs at the time of request, we encourage our employees to use their available PTO.

Holidays

At Angel MedFlight, we observe seven (7) holidays per year, with employee compensation for the holidays.

Health & Wellness

Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment) are effective on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. Health care coverage is one of the most valuable benefits an employer can provide. We offer two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plans and one High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), all administered through UnitedHealthcare. Dental and Vision coverage is also provided by UnitedHealthcare.

Life Insurance – A&D

Term Disability (STD) benefits are administered through Anthem to full-time employees at no cost to the employee. The Life Insurance benefit is 3X Annual Salary up to $300K. Accidental Death & Dismemberment is equal to your Life Insurance benefit.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Life happens. When you need it most, EAP is there to assist. Administered through UnitedHealthcare and Anthem at no charge. One call will give you access to many different valuable services.
