More than 60 million travelers visit the state of Georgia every year. Tourists visiting Georgia from other states or from abroad sometimes cannot return home on a commercial airline and need a medical transport on an air ambulance (Jet ICU) for treatment, rehabilitation, or transplant after a critical injury or illness.

Georgia’s senior population is continually on the rise, as the oldest of the Baby Boomer generation are approaching and reaching their seventies. Unfortunately, seniors frequently require a medical flight (or Jet ICU) to reach the right level of care nearby family members after an illness or injury. Angel MedFlight’s award winning medical flight team is experienced in providing care and medical transports to all critical care patients, including senior patients.

At Angel MedFlight we know we are meeting our patients and their family members on some of the most stressful days of their lives, and we know that every moment counts when it comes to reaching the care you need most. That’s why our flight coordinators are here for you 24/7 – so your patient can reach the right level of care when they need it. Angel MedFlight partners exclusively with Aerojet, our preferred part 135 operator, to transport patients on medically configured Learjet to promote hygiene, comfort and most of all, safety. An Aerojet flight captain and an assisting pilot safely transport our patients on every healthcare mission, while Angel MedFlight’s certified flight nurse (RN) and flight paramedic (EMP-T) provide complete care and support throughout the transport.
