Eligibility

No purchase necessary. Promotion is open to individuals age 18 or older. Employees, owners, officers, directors and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children of employees), of Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance, Angel Jet Services LLC or Aviation West Charters are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win

To participate in the promotion:

1). Visit http://angelmedflight.com/ipad

2). Complete an entry form on the Angel MedFlight website.

Failure to fully complete entry form will result in disqualification. Angel MedFlight is not responsible for inaccurate entry information or for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. There is a maximum of one entry per person. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011. All entries become the property of Angel MedFlight and will not be returned.

Drawing

Through a random drawing executed by Angel MedFlight on Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, during a live webcast at 1:00pm EST, one winner will be chosen for an Apple iPad2. Winner will be contacted via e-mail no later than 5:00pm EST, Monday, Jan. 2, 2012.

Prizes

Prize is one Apple iPad2.

Rules

Winner need not be present to win. No prize substitution or cash equivalent will be allowed. Violation of these rules and regulations is not permitted. Angel MedFlight reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Promotion prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes are winner’s sole responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes acceptance of prize conditions and permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Should a prize winner make any false statement in connection with this promotion, the winner will be required to promptly forfeit the prize. All prizes are awarded “as is,” and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
