As the Director of Human Resources it is my responsibility to recruit new staff members. In addition to processing new employees I also handle enrollment of the employee benefits, payroll and employee relations. I develop new policies to keep up with the needs of the company as well as maintain our employee handbook.
With seven years of Human Resources experience I really understand and appreciate the challenges and opportunities that Angel MedFlight offers.
My love for travel has taken me to Munich, Salzburg and Prague. I am very excited to visit Norway soon, a country I have always wanted to see. Also, I enjoy following my son on the Oregon State Baseball team. Go Beavers!
