As a member of the legal team I handle litigation on behalf of patients whose claims have been denied by their insurer.
I have been practicing law for 14 years in Arizona. Primarily I represent consumers in disputes with their insurance companies. In addition, I have been conducting ERISA benefit litigation on behalf of insured’s for over 12 years.
I serve as President of the Brain Injury Association of Arizona and Co-Coordinator in Arizona for English Springer Rescue America. I enjoy playing with my six English Springer Spaniels and competing in country-western dancing.
