Corporate Counsel

In 2010, I became Corporate Counsel for the combined operations of Aviation West Charters and Angel Jet Services, the companies doing business as Angel Medflight. I represent patients in the medical insurance approval process, from initial review to appeals to litigation. I ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and am involved with licensing, accreditation and insurance requirements.

Prior to joining Angel MedFlight, I was General Counsel for a multi-specialty medical-surgical practice where my role encompassed healthcare initiative advice, contract negotiation and complex commercial litigation.

I graduated from Arizona State University Honors College magna cum laude before receiving my Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law. I minored in Japanese and have traveled and studied abroad in Japan and Europe.

I have been admitted to the Arizona Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
